Can you please tell me how you feel its ok to sell me a product 10 minutes ago that doesnt work and you have no idea when it will be working?
 
They should disable the sales of the bot until its fixed, that would be a wise move.

but they said maybe the end of the week.
 
Can you please tell me how you can't do some simple research before buying a product?

The very first sticky thread reads "Being updated." Common sense please.

They also have an idea when it will be working, a user beta should be available by the end of the week, again, information found by clicking a simple sticky thread.

It's not very clear dude and I have been a user of their various bots for years. They won't disable though because they will miss less sales. It's smart imo tho it sucks because I wanted to use the boit this week

Its smart but very misleading, they need to advertise on the actual place where you buy the bot some kinda WARNING saying that the bot is not working now please beware before purchasing. That would be very nice of them.
 
If i'm not wrong i've read somewhere on the forum that they will return u the days you've lost due the patching.
You have to see it like this, they are remaking the bot so u will have a beter product then the product u actually payed for.
 
you dont have to worry since we will extend time on keys,you wont lose a single minute of your time
 
I am considering buying Hearthbuddy but from the sounds of it, it is not in a working state so no point buying this at the moment? I use Honorbuddy and am impressed with the product, community and support, but agree that if the product is not working, it should be temporarily taken off sale with a note saying something along the lines of 'coming soon'. Can you confirm if the bot is working at all or if it is simply a case of 'watch this space'?

Agree with u there should be a warning/ notice informing the bot is currently not working but seeing that they are going to compensate everyone I dont see anything wrong with it, and oh boy I have really high hopes for the whole new remade hearthbuddy, the previous version was shit at getting high ranks but with silverfish ai it excels in farming rank 20 games and i managed to get 9/9 golden in just 3 months and all my daily quests done so overall im quite satisfied with the product (and also because I dodged the banwave).
