Not working - Quick Guide and Workaround completed. No Antivirus, Windows 10 64 Bit

As stated above I have followed both the Quick Installation Guide and Workaround.

I accepted Tyrant both for private and public networks on my firewall.

Yet ingame happens literally nothing. Both Windowed and Borderless not working. Refund?
