i am using Windows 10 64 Bit
i have Avast antivirus installled - Currently disabled

downloaded the file from http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=UnknownBuddy
Extrated the file and put it in a folder on my 2nd drive (have also tryed on my main drive)
opening the file as admin, paste my key, and launching the program
open steam, and open Pubg, nothing happens
tryed whit haveing steam open before launching the file still dosent work
tryed whit everything as admin (file, steam and pubg) still dosent work
any ideas ?

You paste the key correct? Does the file path have a whitespace? Does it show any errors?

Did you disable your Windows Defender, Antivirus and everything and tried again?

i am pasteing the key directly from the mail i got, the file path dosent have any whitespace, and my Antivirus, windows defender and firewall is disabled

i still can't get it to work, the key is correct and it is not showing any errors
my .Netframework is up to date
using directx 12
using latest microsoft visual c++
using 2 monitors, that should not do anything to it, i belive (game is only running on 1)
anyone able to help ?

1) Close PUBG
2) Make sure Windows Defender is off (dont make an exception actually shut it off as it silently blocks UnknownBuddy)
3) Start UnknownBuddy
4) Enter License
5) Press Start
6) Wait until window closes. And then wait 2 more minutes.
7) Start PUBG in window mode (or maximized window mode) and you see Ingame UI of Unknown Buddy
Please note you MUST use the launcher to run the program and no other files should be used. Another bit of helpful information is that you should have unknownbuddy saved in a folder and that folder should be sitting somewhere other than your desktop directly.

You have followed each of those steps exactly as listed? Please note if you are using the steam version, steam must be closed completely (check task manager and your tray to ensure its closed completely before starting UnknownBuddy).
