Not Valid Win32 application?

I am getting not a valid Win32 application when i try and install the .exe file. What am i doing wrong???

POKEFARMER.EXE
It is the one in the zip file when i download it.

Yes turn it off at the end of everyday. Have tried a few times.

any antivirus/antimalware enabled?
