Not Valid Instance of WoW?

Today after a few days break from botting, I am having the following error message. I am doing everything I usually do, and WoW is running and the character *is* available, etc.

- WoW cache cleared
- All addons disabled

Please help as it is unsuable now.

Yes, it actually says "Honorbuddy is up-to-date". Also, I tried this on 2 different computers with the same result.

delete the existing folders of Hb,redownload it and make new installations
