Not valid instance of WoW attache

Every time i go to log into my Honorbuddy i get You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to! Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WowW instance to use Honorbuddy. i do this and it keeps giving me the same error anything i should try to solve this problem?

This is generally caused by one of two things.

First, make sure you have the latest version of honorbuddy. If you do, open up the task manager and see if there is a "ghost" instance of honorbuddy running. If there is, simply close it out and you should be good to go. You can also just reboot your computer and it will close any versions of honorbuddy that may be running in the background.
