Not using potion while Akarats is on

Akarats cooldown + Potion use condition help

ONLY FOR: CRUSADER THAT USES AKARATS CHAMPION PROPHET).
OBJECTIVE OF THIS: Try to optmize the use of potion of the crusader by essentialy: ONLY USING POTION WHEN RESSURRECTION IS NOT AVAILABLE

QUESTION:
Is there a way to edit a file in trinity somehow to add an expection for the crusader to use potion when ressurrection is not available?

Points:
1 - Waste my life until 39% that would take me automaticly to point 2.
2 - Use Potion.
3 - Waste my life until 25% in less then 30s after point 2, that would take me automaticaly to point 4.
4 - Use akarats champion

5- Behavior of potion use during the SKILL:

DEFAULT : IT USES THE POTION INDEPENDENT IF IT CAN RESSURRECT OR NOT.
SUGGESTED:

1 - AKARATS SKILL AND POTION AVAILABLE >>>> OK FOR USE POTION
2 - AKARATS SKILL IN COOLDOWN BUT RESSURRECT AVAILABLE (BUFF ON THE LEFT SIDE) >>>> NOT OK FOR USE POTION
3 - AKARATS SKILL IN COOLDOWN BUT NO RESSURRECT AVAILABLE (BUFF ON THE RIGHT SIDE) >>>> OK FOR USE POTION
4 - IF POTION IS AVAILABLE >>>> NEVER USES AKARATS.

BENEFITS:

By doing this the potion would be used only when RESSURRECT IS NOT AVAILABLE.
It would match perfectly the Akarats cooldown + Potion use.
