not uploading attachments...

Maybe im bein really simple and forgetting something but im trying to upload a profile to share and when i go to manage attachments and select the file i want to upload and hit the upload file, it seems to but when it would be complete there is a red circle to the right of it and i hovre over and it has and "phase2 error#2038".
anyone know anything about this? ive tried uploading ones i have got from here and they have the same problems so i ruled out file size..

It's not working for myself either, I guess along with breaking the bot they have gone all out and broke the website as well so they can tell you to attach your log when it can't be done right now. I honestly think they are ignoring us for rift. But that's just what I am thinking.

as far as the attachments - we went from a small server to a large server and it had a few side effects
