Not sure how to make this work

I've downloaded profiles as the .pdf help file posted here suggests but BW seems a little less user friendly than honorbuddy. I can start it up and it runs around some but it's not actually doing much of anything else. Do I have to program my own combat profile? If so, do I edit the included profile that doesnt seem to work? Does my vanguard have to be dps specced? I'm lost atm.

You'll want to get a combat routine from the classes section. The default ones are balls, and don't even work for half the classes.

Thats a comabat routine issue it looks like. Please download the newest one in my signature via SVN. Stable build supports your vanguard shield spec. If you still have issues post there and I will address/correct them.

I just dont know if I'm making it more complicated than it is, do I just download your routine, install it into the BW folder and then run the quest routine for whatever planet the bot is on???

edit: I cant test out any fixes until the bot is updated for todays hotfix.

you take the folder called "default combat" and put in the "routines" folder in bw. Make sure to leave the folder called default combat. You can put your profile anywhere on your pc and load it via BW. You can even load profiles via the web.

I have your files in the default combat now and kicks profiles in a special folder I made for leveling/grind profiles but I wont be able to test anything until I get an update for BW
