not sure how to install or get autoloader_vX.xml

hey i was trying to get this world quest to install but there is no link to install the SVN or the Autoload_vX.xml.. can anyone link or show me how to install this specifically...

Im fairly positive that it is now apart of the world quests now. So if your up to date you should already have it.

Also the first post says as much in big bright red letters.
