Not showing correct information.

Inside PokeFarmer it's not displaying any information relative to my actual account on my phone. Says I'm level 1, when in reality I'm level 22. The program is running says it catching certain pokemon in PokeFarmer but the X/P does not increase nor does it display my in-game name. Any information that could be the cause of the issue will be greatly appreciated.
