Hey there, just purchased this HB for $25 euro - I can log in using the honorbuddy.exe, but everything is grey and I cant select anything.
it has the message "You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!"

I know there are a lot of forums about this - but I have done everything to make it work - start wow, then start HB - it cant find anything.

Tell me what to do...

If you read what I wrote - you can see that I have tried everything - starting wow first, logging into the char - then starting HB - nothing.

Logging in...

Honorbuddy does not support the currently active 'gxAPI' please change it to 'D3D9'
Error attaching Honorbuddy to WoW! - System.Exception: Honorbuddy does not support the currently active 'gxAPI' please change it to 'D3D9'
at Styx.WoWInternals.ObjectManager.Initialize(Memory blackmagic)

Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #15595
You are currently on build #15595

The guide says you need wow in dx9 AND the error you posted says this, so where is the problem?

Didnyou do it? Restarting wow too and double check it?

change your graphics api to dx9(wow settings)

already described on guide

ha... now it is coming up with this:

Logging in...

Error - Endscene hook failed: Could not find Device.
Attached to WoW with ID 1536

I will do these steps - restart computer - open wow - login (all changes made correctly) - and then unzip HB - start HB - etc. Be right bacl :D

Starting the bot!
This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character!
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
