Not retrieving store purchases

Whenever I launch HonorBuddy now it's not retrieving my store bought items, I know its the correct key, verified that. It was working about 1 hour ago, now I just get "base" products...

Deleted Logs, Cache and Settings, re-entered same key, same issue.

Do I need to re-install yet again? Doesn't really seem to be an issue client side...

I'm having the same issue. I've tried for the last 5 min or so now.

It would appear that parts of the HBStore are not online. Products are missing it appears. I could be wrong, but I do remember having content in many areas that it's not now.

Same here.

I've logged into the store to check they were enabled, then disabled and re-enabled them.

Restarted HB and they still are not showing up.

Botbases and Quest Profiles are effected on my key.

Edit: scratch that, mine isn't working either.

Applied update, still the same issue. I wonder if they bring it down to update, then bring up the store again?
