Not receiving key

bought honorbuddy yesterday and still dont have my key, contacted support via email and no reply for like 10 hours, how long do they keys usually take to get after purchasing honorbuddy?

I ended up asking for a refund and they replied pretty quickly and told me i would be refunded, no problem. Still dont have my refunded money, Not sure whats going on with these guys xD

the refund process takes up to a month under some circumstances because of the bank system
