Hi, Gmoreland,

First, please check your junkmail/spam email folders. For some reason, the mail BosslandGmbH sends frequently gets sent there.

Second,
The only thing we can offer is to create an account on Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same email address you used to pay for the product. Once there, you've got easy access to your key.

If you are unable to succeed with that, then your only recourse is to send email to [email protected]. You will need to provide the email address you used to purchase the product, along with the transaction id of the invoice. The BosslandGmbH front office can take up to 96 hours to respond to such requests.

The forum moderates have absolutely no power to help you with this. It will be up to you to succeed with the Buddy Authorization portal, or succeed in contacting the BosslandGmbH front office.

Please go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and register with the email account that you used when you purchased the bot and your key should be there.

If not, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, email, and payment information so that we can get the issue resolved.
