Not prioritizing rare pokemon and using razzberries wrong

So there was a blastoise and zubat next to each other. Bot went for the zubat instead even though the blastoise is a rare on my list.

Before I started the bot I updated it. I noticed that when the zubat wasnt getting caught the bot started to use a razzberry, only problem was that the bot used 20+ razzberries. I instantly stopped the bot and am uploading the log.
