not picking up key

not picking up keys from keywarden for some reason i have infernal keys ticked in trinity too

Having the same issue. No matter the profile loaded, it just runs away from the key after dropping.

I posted in the support forum but they rerouted me here. Can anyone help?

Anyone got a fix for this?

I just runs around on top of the key then gets "stuck" and portals out.
