not picking up death's breathe/stashing rares instead of selling them

If anybody can be so kind as to help me. Ever since I did a fresh install of DB and installed Trinity 1.8.12 the bot IS NOT picking up "death's breathe" craft material. Also, even though i've tried everything possible to stop the bot from doing so, it stashes just about all the rares it finds instead of selling or even salvaging them. I tried changing every setting possible to make the bot sell or even salvage the rares but no matter what it stashes them instead.

I looked over the forums, but nobody seems to be having much luck with either of these problems, nor did I seem to find a solution for it yet.
