Not picking up CR

How's it going guys, I recently grabbed a trail of a couple warlock CRs neither of them work when i log in just brings up singular, the trails are active still enabled on the store page. I delete my caches appdata folders for honorbuddy, wow, battlenet, done a fresh install of honorbuddy, computer has been restarted and shut down in time before making this post, im lost as what to do not sure if linking a log will help as it runs singular fine, it picks up other crs that i have previously installed,

I grabbed a trail for another class and same problem its not picking up the cr

I can't remember how it's supposed to be right now since I'm not logged into the store, but try clicking the button to make it the opposite of what it is now. If you see the button says Enable/Enabled, click it to reverse it. Then restart HB. See if that helps. If that doesn't help then someone else will have to give it a shot. I haven't done anything since December when I got suspended.
