Not picking up anything at pokestop

I have 3 accounts I am running for people. 2 are not getting anything at pokestops. Is this because they are soft locked?
 
It could be, if the name of the pokestop is being spammed in the log window, then yes. Wait for 30 minutes and restart them.
 
It isn't saying anything at all. I ran out of all pokeballs, it literally goes to the pokestop and just moves on to the next one. No log text or anything. It doesn't mention the pokestop or get xp from visiting it.
 
Hello.

Mine *IS* catching Pokemon but it is not looting Pokestops. Furthermore, in the activity window beneath the map, absolutely nothing appears when it goes over a Pokestop. It's not spamming it. It stops for a brief second or two and moves on but nothing has been looted, no change in Pokeball count or anything else. However, all the info is there when it catches a Pokemon.

Any ideas?

Unreal! LOL. Mine did the same until it ran out of pokeballs. It is strange because out of the three accounts one still works. I can't figure it out.
 
Same for me

I just got it started it in europe somewhere, but switched to local area turned on wont loot pokestops and every pokemon I try and catch says fled
 
Same here, will run to the pokestop and stand on it but wont even attempt to loot it. then moves to the next rinse and repeat
 
yeah nothing in loot window or anything inv isnt full just not looting pokestops and wasting 1 ball and fled everytime on pokemon
 
There we go! Working now :)

edit: scratch that.... it worked with like 3 stops then it quit attempting to loot again. Bummer.

watch settings. at me the error was that the setting was set to pokegyms after patch. before i had pokestops and gyms
 
same problem here, i just runs to stops but no loot. I know im not softbanned because it can still catch pokemon.

I wanna say it started about 2 hours ago
 
same problem, new patch broke the bot, how do i use undo my update, to a bot that works lol :(
 
its not looting poke stops but it is catching Pokemon? the box is check marked to loot stops which makes no sense.

This is not a problem of the current update.
I look into this to improve this. Anyways, keep him looting the Pokestop it will work after a few trys again.

There's definitely a problem, just maybe not for you. Multiple people are reporting the same problem.

For me, it was working fine for a couple of hours last night, then stopped looting at what seems like a random time. It ran through my remaining pokeballs, then disconnected and attempted to reconnect for about 4 hours.

I have created a fresh install and the problem still exists. Wish I had some logs for you, but unfortunately I don't. The bot does run between pokestops, but does not loot them. It's almost like the ''loot pokestops'' is off, when it really isn't.

Thanks for your hard work. You've been responsive to the community and are releasing updates like a mad-man. I think we all appreciate that :)
