Not picking quest

Hi i am a new user, when i first start the honorbuddy its going good. Then few quests later it stops on a npc. Trying to pick up a quest non exist.

if not available on vendor cahck if its a part of a chain quest

Thonk or any other quest on this quest chain is not available on this npc. I am a trial user and i dont like this situation. Isnt there a way to skip this npc and go on...

check if you are on the proper lvl and if you still got issues report it under profile's section
