"Not Paid" error when using HB

hey guys. i get the "not paid" error when using my HB. i changed password couple of hours ago, and i used HB this night. I bought HB 2 weeks ago or something, and I bought a whole year, so I cant be that. Maybe it can be ebcause I have some unpaid invoices? but I accidently added 2x Gatherbuddy invoices, and I am gonna pay the first one now, but I dont know how to remove the second? I only need 1x Gatherbuddy. it was a mistake to add the second.
