How does mailing works? does it mail to itself, or some specific character?

Was your character successfully mailing loot to your other toon previous to running this profile/mesh?
If Yes, when you switch to a diff profile/mesh does it start to work again?
If No, is your recipient toon the only one on your bot toon's friend list? <- I ran into this issue - had to remove other entries from the friends list so that only the recipient was there and nothing else.

got the same problem it was unable to mail fro bor'gorok mailbox redid the cords 3 times did not help but when I removed that mailbox and added the on in warsong hold it had no problems runing there and mailing
