Not looting while in party bot and farming

i'm using 5 bots running party bot with 1 healer and it only heals and never loots. How do i fix this?

Edit: Loot while in combat is what i'm meaning.

Is the party bot able to loot while in combat?

do you get any in game error message like "we are in combat"?

None showing on the HB. It just keeps on healing and never loots untill out of combat. which never happends since the farmed adds are insta spawning.

One addon named postal.
Looting works when you get out of combat but it never loots while in combat.
