Not looting pokestops

Why dont the bot loot pokestops anymore? I noticed i was empty of balls, and watched it, and it runs to stops, but dont loot them.
I have not changed any settings for this to happen.

So i disabled catch pokemons, to see if that helped, but then he just runs to the stops, and run to next without doing anything.

Any ideas?

what about spin "x" amount of pokestops per hour setting?

Skip if more than 45. But i havent run bot since yesterday. This was fresh in The morning.
