make a new Hb installation from scratch and try again,do not ovewrite your old folder

Sitting with the same problem, downloading fresh HB, latest version, extracting, logging into wow character, and run HB... Tries to log in... But fails - did I just pay 25 euro for nothing?

Okay, weird thing is: When I try to log on HB WITHOUT WoW open, I get this message:

i got the same thing......how do i fix this!

make sure that you are trying to run Hb after tou logged in the game

make sure that the wow prcoess is free
