Not healing in dungeons

hello,

I try to raf 2 chars- 1 healer and 1 dps in dungeons. Healer is not healing in dungeon, he just dps instead. Tried with shaman/priest.

I did it's at last version , the log is from previous but it act the same even if I uptated.
What can I do?
