Your Honorbuddy installation certainly includes the Questing bot.
The problem is with your profile. It appears that the profile is horribly outdated (e.g. <SubProfile> have not been employed for over three years now.). Although, the profile should still work if you meet the profile's constraints. It appears your toon is 'over level' for the profile:
You should find a modern profile, or ask the author to update this one.
