Has nothing to do with it being down. Has everything to do with that they are still allowing people to purchase this bot, when it is in its 10th day or something of downtime now. Quit making it seem like this is about the quality of the bot, because its not!

Its about the lack of communication from Bossland, and a lack of HALTING SALES while they make the fix. I bought Farmer like over a week ago for the first time and have STILL not seen it working, or been able to use it. A quarter of my subscription has passed. That isnt fair. And this has NOTHING to do with the COST of it, so don't even start with that its cheap. I am aware its cheap. Its a PAID service though, because they SUPPLY a bot. When they cant SUPPLY a working bot, they shouldn't continue to take people money. Thats fucking bullshit.

Just fucking read forum before buy. You don´t have to pay to be a member of the forum. End of the story.
 
Simply put all downtime is credited back to the key so you're losing nothing.

When the bot comes back up you will be credited for the days that it was down. Provided you had a valid key at the time it went down.

The fact is this is cheating. You go to a place that makes software that violates the T.O.S. of the software for every bot they make and you then expect what? Integrity? Honesty? You paid to cheat because you don't know how to make your own bot and cheat for free. Hypocrisy for the win.
 
btw i only got to Play3 Weeks out of 4 do you read me Crying no! That how it was allways here with Buddybots (when I started there was only Gatherbuddy)

Some Facts


  • API minimum version is 0.39.0 now.
  • Changing API minimum version makes the Bot work again. This is what other Map owners, Bot owners do. We do not do this because we do not want to let you run into bans.


So, why is it offline - why does it not work?


  • Niantic uses code obfuscation since 0.37.0 (the reason why your battery is dying much faster now when playing PoGo on your mobile device))
  • Something we need, to get the Bot working is in such an obfuscated code area. We have to deobfuscate this first to use that and to update the Bot safely.


But, this takes time. It's not an easy "1 hour thing". It's done when it's done.

It's been a week at this point...maybe a progress update here and there? It's not about the money, it's more about lack of communication and the fact they are letting purchases go through even when the bot has been down for a week. They should give us some updates every other day at a minimum, even if it's just to say they continue to work on it.

If they don´t have any more information to give you, why they should keep updating everyday? Besides last update was 28th September, not even a week...
 
I don't care about the down time either. I care that there is no disclaimer on the front page saying that the bot is currently down pending a fix. People shouldn't have to research the forums before buying the bot. I'm disappointed in the PR.
 
It's not like once you buy it your time starts you have to connect once threw the bot to activate it. Do you also buy cars without reading some reviews or doing some research on them as well ?

Either way we do not give eta's for a reason and it's like this for all our products.

Pokefarmer works but it isn´t safe. Use it at your own risk. I mean it really works, why would they have to put a disclaimer in front of the page?
 
If it is down, it means it is down. Some things changed in the way Niantic is interacting with the application and the hackers haven't finished reverse engineering version 0.39. And the reason could be that the coders suspect there is a massive ban wave coming very soon. Truth of the matter is that things about selling hacks and hack services come without warranty. They are not meant to last forever. When purchasing those hacks, some people can get lots of benefits others get zero benefits. That's why you need to join the bandwagon as soon as a hack comes out.

yes, of course I would read reviews before buying a car...but this is like paying for a new car without an engine. You could research and find out it doesn't have an engine yet...but wouldn't you think you would be told up front the car is without an engine for the time being? I just think it's kinda shady the bot is being sold without being completely upfront about it being down. Perhaps indefinitely

Same happened in August and cringy people start saying that bots are dead forever... Most of hacks, and bots that i use, they always know their limits, i mean that whenever they cannot update more the hack or bot they stop the update before getting started to work. As of today Pokefarmer dev team keeps working on the new update so maybe there is still new updates coming. I will repeat that the new update has the minimum change of API 0.39 and it works, BUT it isn´t safe as before. So maybe the "car" is ready but not very safe.

Don´t compare a "bot" that breaks the TOS of pokemon go, and a car. Firstly think that what you are buying is a cheat.

No its not, Its the same as the car's delivery date being set back.
