Not getting all Loots

I have noticed since I did a fresh install of DB with the new Trinity release that I am not getting
all loots actually ww past a green item today and missed it.

Any tips?

Loot radius is 200 in both bot and profile.

Does your character even have a loot radius of 200? I suggest you lower it.

I thought the loot radius setting was to do with how the bot finds the loot not my gold pickup radius which is 0

Nope. If your bot is missing greens all the time. chances are because your trinity item settings isn't set right. Go inside trinity -> Settings and change it accordingly
