I had a lifetime key. I have been very satisfied with HB. It is an awesome bot, and support and help has been a lot better than should be expected (by my point of view).
After the lifetime key was cancelled, I ordered a new key and the payment was done. After a day I got a mail that the order was cancelled, but the money was paid. So I asked support what I should do, and the answer was that I should make a new order. That is acceptable. But the reservation of the payment was fulfilled and I have not gotten the money refunded. I will not pay again before I get my last payment refunded. I asked for this and was told it would take 2-3 days before I would see the money in my account. It has now been 5 days and I am starting to wonder about the process....
Do other people experience the same as me?
