Not fixing tanks?

I don't know what it is but I just got this today so I don't know anything, but it hasn't repaired one of my tanks, Medium Tank T2 Medium Tank, is it's exact name. I do have the box checked.

Yeah that part doesn't always seem to work properly. What you can do is go into the service window for your tank, and select the options to automatically repair and resupply after a battle. That way it'll work every time, all the time. With the bot's option it's more like 60% of the time, it works every time.
