Not Doing Anything, quest problem

Hi, i just bought Honorbuddy and i downloaded the Kick mega pack. When i load the alliance profile 1-58 for questing, none of my players do anything, except abandoning old quest. i'll be attaching the log zipped, but it only says Moving to Type: QuestPickUp. Help Please!

i've changed the log level, seems like it cannot create routes between where the pg is and where it should go. i've tried with 3 pgs, all under 40 level, and it's still not working. i've closed all the plugins of HB and WOW, and i tried to disable the firewall too, but nothing happened. Help!

You are having issues connecting to our mesh server. Please open UDP and TCP ports 5031, whitelist HB in your anti-virus, and any other firewalls.

If you are at a school, government, or work building - you may have to contact the system admin to open UDP and TCP ports 5031.

added ports on my Fastweb connection, nothing changed. any other ideas?
