Not dismounting and attacking(Can't attack targets if mounted)

I've scanned through some pages here and I haven't found something that resembles this behaviour, if there is already a thread on this, sorry for the re-thread..

I'm running Brodies [Rep] The Complete MoP Daily Experience (with plugin which is needed) In Questing with Singular (Latest patch) have also tried TuanHA Hunter CR (Latest patch for public).
When doing quests my toon will mount up and go run to the hotspots of NPCs it's suppose to kill but it never dismounts to kill them, instead continues to circle the the hotspots until an NPC will dismount it with attack.

I have ask Brodie about this in his thread [Rep] The Complete MoP Daily Experience and he's reconfigured one quest that behaves like this, but I'm starting to think it's like Brodie says, it's something HB or CR is doing (or not doing) that make the bot continue to run around until dismounted by NPC insted of dismounting by bot and attacking.

I have re-installed HB with latest patch - Disabled every plugin (except Brodies for dailies and Anti-drown (cuz toon was drowning all the time...)) - Updated all CR's/QB's/Profiles you name it - Even re-installed WoW. I've been in the settings and tried to check "Kill between hotspots" and checked that mounting is possible but not "Automatic", I don't really know what to do now.

Yup I have the same prob I had to go into settings and turn off the use mount box and he started attacking again there is also alot of times that when he is picking up a quest item and someone attacks u it puts your pull distance to 0 and u have to go put it back to 100 or 25 or even 1 and it should get it to start attacking again I have a ticket open about it and i'm sure they are checking in on it but for right now thats the best way to fix it to get it to start attacking again till they say diff
