not creating badnodes.xml

hi
gb is not creating the badnodes.xml in my gb folder
Already tried Stormvine 3 times. Blacklisting.
any help?

it has to find a badnode first and then it will create it

Make sure you right click Gatherbuddy.exe and run as administrator. Depending on where you have it saved Gatherbuddy might not be able to create the file due to Windows UAC. Just because your on an administrator account, doesn't mean the program is running as an administrator.
