Not Compatilbe with Current version of Visual Studio C++

I tried to like the image below of the error, it basically says not compatible with current version of Visual Studio C++, i downloaded the new version from the link but it's still not working

re-upload the image plz

If you right click the image place holder and open in new tab it should also work

A Fresh reinstall fixed it
