Not Compatible?

I'm trying to start up the bot and when it opens up it trys to log in then after about 45sec to a min it will say authentication failed and i know its not the bot thats messing up because my friend uses the same one so then i do the troubleshoot compatibility and thats where im getting the message saying its not compatible. Any idea on how to fix this?
