Not Catching Pokemon

So I Have My Setting's Correct With Catch Pokemon Ticked, Basically When Its Running Around It Goes To All Pokestops But Doesnt Even Attempt To Catch Pokemon. It Was All Working Fine Until I Had To Update Any Solution For This Problem

P.S: I Have Ticked And Unticked Catch Pokemon Twice
