Not catching Pokemon and does not twist pokestop

Bot runs, twists pokestop, but there nothing drop. Pokemon sees, but does not catch, even by force. Settings checked, all right.
I thought softban, but after waiting for more than a day, nothing has changed.

The "catch Pokemon" option does not work right now, my guess would be it's because the bot time is an hour ahead of EST/PST/etc due to DST (Daylight Savings), so the bot checks an hour off and thinks the Pokemon is expired, so it prints a debug line in the text log and doesn't catch the Pokemon. As far as the Pokestops go, Niantic has recently released an update that Pokestops NO LONGER give you exp unless you are able to loot items from them. If your bag is full, the Pokestop will not spin, and it will remain blue as if you never touched it. The bot will sit there and spin it forever and ever, it's not the bot's fault.

The bag has a place, of course I saw it!
And with time everything is in order, at the same place with another account I can play. And by the way, on the second account I had the same problem, but now everything is in order. But this is still a problem.
