Not Catching lured Pokemon

It looks like that PF don't catch lured Pokémon form Pokestops anymore. It runs now for ~1,5 hours in the Central Park and the xp per hour is at 13-15k, this is 40k less then normal.
Could this anyone confirm?

Found the "solution" by myself. Shuting down the setting to download pokemon and it works again....
