Not catch any pokemon, pokeball etc. only collect exp

Hi,

I was new in using pokefarmer, this is my first day try. but i face a problem which is my bot are not catch any pokemon even there have many pokemon show up, and not getting any pokeball even there have many pokestop. The only thing that this bot doing is increasing my Exp each pokestop received 50 exp. Can anyone help me. Please...

if its soft ban, we can not get the exp from pokestop am i right?
is it the item exceed the limit 350 caused the bot can not get pokeball, so no pokeball, we can not catch the pokemon, only received the exp
