Not casting spells... HB dont work for me.

My hb just stucks on Aply Fel armor, it not cast nothing, just stays quiet...

Please help.

HB has worked for me but sometimes it will just stand there and not work why does it do this? right now im tryig to use it but its just standing there it will q up for av but it will just santd there
