Not being able to close honorbuddy/restart honorbuddy correctly

As the title says my honorbuddy is keeping on anoying me. whenever i try to restart or close my honorbuddy it "gets stuck" somehow i cant seem to close HB without the use of task manager and force the closing.

get rid of / disable the minify and releaser plugins, and see if that makes any difference,

if not do a clean install to a new folder and see if the issue persists.

worked with deleting minify.
