Not banned/suspended. But Acc locked due to "suspecious" activty

What causes this?

My account was locked - and I had to change my password. I had to type in my secret answer, which I forgot (but I called ACC service, and got it)

Was it automated, due to being online too much over an interval of xx hours? Or someone reporting me? Or what? Anyone has suggestions?

Is a copy of the email needed here?

sounds like someone logged into your account from long distance. Check for keyloggers

No, this happens with people using the authenticator, too. Most probably an automated trigger was activated (hours played or whatever).

i only get it when pple log on my acc from long distance.

Someone logged onto it from a different IP or if you use a proxy it will lock you out aswell

When it happened I was at work. I was logged in on my laptop (I play from laptop at home too). The connection I used was my mobile wifi hotspot. Ive used that a couple of times before... But first now I was "caught". So all in all it was automated? Nothing to worry about?

Nothing at all no does this alot to me because i lend my accounts out alot. Nothing to be affraid off really

If they investigate they can close it happened to me once but I had like 5 people logging onto that account throughout the day

If its just you changing IP addresses your fine, there are tons of people that have internet providers who change ip addresses daily.
