not allowed to start DB from Germany

Thats what i get now if i want to start DB iam in Norway an he says
everytime its not allowed to Start DB from Germany!

Why do i get this? Its just happend to me now!Yesterday morning everything was fine
on Afternoon i got some problems with musketeer ghom route he starts a game and quit
it a few seconds later and now i cant start DB anymore!

you are not allowed to use DB in Germany atm due to legal reasons

I wrote in my first post that iam not using it from Germany i play from Norway!

Your IPS might route through Germany or your router does. As long as you get a german IP you cannot use it.

that cant be possible why should i get now a german ip if i havn´t had no trobble until today?that is stupid

Now i have contacted my Provider and he told me that my Ip is located in Norway so its not my fault that i cant login anymore in DB
