not able to skin with HB2

i cant get it to skin if someone can help me i would appreciate.

Ensure that skin mobs is checked in your Settings and tools advanced options, and auto loot is on.

have you aktivated skinning in settings? setings/ then advanced settings myst be checked.

where's the advanced option? I'm having the same problem but under advanced mode there is only the mesh? any help would be appreciated
