not able to process poe

hi, i just bought exile buddy and im having issue. there is no process to select in the process screen.
i am not using steam.
i registred my key correctly.
i run poe first then i run exilebuddy.
what can i do to make it work?
my last log file is in the attachment.

Dont use 64bits client and directx11 they are not supported.
