Not able to open HB, unable to reach server

I have done a fresh install, I have C++ and .net files installed but it's not starting up. Running Win 7 View attachment 3276 2015-09-20 13.08.txt
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
