Not able to obtain Kicks lvling guide!

Hello guys!

When I try to obtain Kick's lvling guides via hb I get the message: Purchase failed. You don't own a key for Honorbuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to.

Also, when I enter Buddyauth, I dont see my HB key there, just my Deamonbuddy key.
What do I do to fix this?

Hi, Wendelzan,

This only happens if your Honorbuddy session key is attached to a second email address. This means you will need to create another account in the Buddy Store associated with that other email address. This article should help you get it ironed out:

Hi and thanks for the reply!

The thing is, i've only ever used 1 e-mail adress. So it wont let me sign up again with the e-mail adress I used when I bought my Honorbuddy session at G2S, 2.5 years ago.
