Not a valid instance of WoW

Every time I sign in to HB this is what it tells me. Any ideas?

"You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #14333
You are currently on build #14333"

i have had this issue before, for me i had to ctrl-alt-delete and go to proceses and delte the hb or gb process tree then restart hb-gb and it works fine :-)
 
If you are on US use the update Hb for the latest patch
 
HB is not in my processes list. I am on the latest version of HB aswell, so it's not an update issue.
 
Restart your pc and try again

In case you still have problems post your log here
 
eu cant farm till update amiright?

Once servers will be up again you can use the latest Hb release
 
wel im using the eu client? Restarted my pc, still the same- "cant attach to wow instance" error. I can post the log, but there aint much info in there!

btw, same error on .4620 and the new test version.
 
downloaded latest one

getting error : " Object reference not set to an instance of an object. "
 
I get that problem sometimes, I just restart WoW and HB, usually fixes it.
 
the profile is updated for 4620 but you can give a shot using the latest as well

That's all of it. I had thought previously of the option a 3 year old could come up with to reboot before looking for help... didn't make a difference...
 
Since the patch update hb is dead, please do not ask us to restart our p.c.'s or reinstall....etc...etc... You meant to keep your software up to date if ya can't do that then please give us our money back!!!
No more excuses, we're not 5y/o kids and most of us are IT legions(abit of hackins is ok though) so cut the crap and do something now !!!

I'm seriously embarassed for you.
 
Well he got a point, we paying for it so it should work even if he could put it in a nice way.
